Marharyta Liva is an associate lawyer with Jain Immigration Law.
As a highly detail-oriented individual, Marharyta is passionate about helping people navigate the intricacies of immigration law since she herself has gone through the Canadian immigration process. She understands the needs of immigrants, particularly those who have been pushed out of their native country by unfortunate circumstances, or those who want to immigrate to Canada because of their talents or because of family connections. She facilitates their entry into Canada by preparing family class sponsorships, economic class applications (provincial nominations, Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Worker applications under the Express Entry System), Start-Up Visa applications and temporary resident applications to study, work or visit in Canada.
Marharyta graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Master of Laws degree. Before that, Marharyta earned a Bachelor and then a Master of Laws Degrees in Civil law at Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University in Ukraine, and then worked for eight years as a lawyer before coming to Canada.
Marharyta is able to serve clients in English, Ukranian and Russian.
