Khatidja Moloo-Alam

Khatidja Moloo-Alam is an immigration, refugee, and litigation lawyer with over 15 years of experience representing clients in complex legal matters. Before joining Jain Immigration Law, she worked as Litigation Counsel for the Department of Justice Canada and at a well-known boutique immigration firm in Toronto.

Khatidja is known for her practical, client-focused approach and her ability to guide clients through challenging legal processes with clarity and care. In addition to her practice, she serves as an adjunct instructor in Queen’s University’s Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law program and is actively involved in legal education and mentorship.
