Jain pointed out that “we were hoodwinked by the colleges and universities who said we need more, more, more.” This call for increased enrollment has led to an unsustainable situation, where the demand for permanent residency far exceeds the available spots, leaving many vulnerable to exploitation by unscrupulous individuals.
